Free shuttle to and from conference!
Wounds Canada is happy to offer a free shuttle to and from your hotel and the conference centre from Nov 16-19, 2017.
Pick-up Location 1: Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport (970 Dixon Road)
** Location - There is a spot on the driveway adjacent to hotel Lobby doors (down a set of stairs) that can be used for pick-up and drop off. Look for the Wounds Canada sign, or inquire at the Front Desk.
Pick-up Location 2: Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites (5875 Airport Road)
** Location: Pick-up outside of entrance doors to the hotel from the back parking lot. Look for the Wounds Canada sign, or inquire with the Front Desk Manager.
Drop-off Destination: Conference Centre Entrance, the International Centre (6900 Airport Road)
** Location: pick-up and drop off at the main entrance.
Important: Schedule notes (scheduled 2 hours in AM, 2 hours in PM and then once an hour through the day)
EACH MORNING - 6:45 am - 8:45 am, continuous loop between the three locations
After 9:00 am, once an hour, on the hour
PM times will vary per day:
· Thursday November 16 - program ends at 4:45 pm, two hour loop should be from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
· Friday November 17 - program ends at 7:15 pm, two hour loop should be from 5:45 pm to 7:45 pm.
· Saturday November 18 - program ends at 6:30 pm, two hour loop should be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
· Sunday November 19 - program ends at 12:30 pm, two hour loop should be from 11:15 am to 1:15 pm.
