Welcome to the Diabetes, Healthy Feet and You Program Peer and Health Care Professional Co-Facilitator training and certification process. We are so pleased that you have decided to become a Co-Facilitator.  We hope that you will find the experience both rewarding and growth promoting.

Diabetes, Healthy Feet and You is a licensed program of Wounds Canada, and as such, there are fidelity requirements that must be followed.
