Skin and Wound Care for Unregulated Care Providers (C100MWN) - on-line version

This self-paced program, delivered through a series of seven online courses and a webinar, is aimed at unregulated care providers who self-identify as novice or advanced beginners in their skin health and wound management knowledge. Students will explore common conditions including pressure injuries, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, moisture-associated skin damage, and venous leg edema. Students will learn factors that increase a person's risk of skin damage and methods to reduce risk and treat minor wounds should they occur. Once the student successfully completes all the interactive modules (courses) in this program (and the online exam and webinar), they will receive a certificate of successful completion

Time: 3.5 - 5 hours on average to complete, self-paced
