Skin Health Program for Personal Care Providers

Dear Applicant,

It is our honour to be able to present the Skin Health Program for Personal Care Providers. We look forward to reviewing your application and are here to support you as you acquire the knowledge and attitudes necessary to positively impact the lives of people and optimize skin health in at risk populations

To ensure yours and future success of the program, all applicants are required to:

Complete all program components as described in the Program Syllabus, within the defined time frame, 3 months from your start date.
Complete the program evaluation upon successful completion of the program
Agree that all information shared in the program including posts in the learning community and data collected by the surveys may be used at the discretion of Wounds Canada and RNAO for research and to support program evaluation,continuous improvement initiatives and other activities. Please know that no identifying information will be shared in any reports generated.
