You are registering for the Best Practice Approach to Skin Health and Wound Management: Knowledge and Skills (A100NWS) program. This program consists of two components, to be completed in the order listed:
• Skills Lab for Local Wound Care, taking place on November 5, 2020, from 0800-1630, in Calgary, Alberta at the Calgary Plaza Hotel and Conference Centre
• A live webinar
Mandatory Pre-requisite: Successful completion of the Best Practice Approach to Skin Health and Wound Management: Knowledge (A100MNN) program is a MANDATORY pre-requisite for registering for this, the A100NWS, program. If you have not already successfully completed the A100MNN program, click here to register for it so that you can complete it BEFORE registering for this, the A100NWS, program. If you are unsure if you've successfully completed the A100MNN program or if you have any questions regarding this MANDATORY pre-requisite, please email your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 416-485-2292 BEFORE registering.
Cancellation Policy: The deadline for cancellations for this program (A100NWS with the skills lab component occurring November 5, 2020, in Calgary, Alberta) is October 16, 2020. After that time, you may choose to reschedule the skills lab component of this program.
Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule the skills lab component of this program (i.e., you find that you are unable to attend the Skills Lab for Local Wound Care on November 5, 2020, in Calgary), you may do so with no financial penalty. However, there is no routine offering of this program in Calgary and as such, you may need to commute either within or outside of Alberta to attend another Skills Lab for Local Wound Care. The skills lab portion of this program must be completed within 24 months of initial registration for the A100NWS program.
