  • Innovation: Technologies, and/or practices that improve health service delivery, health care outcomes and health economics.
  • Integration: Projects or activities that improve/foster interdisciplinary team work. Collaborative care across health care settings, patient and other stakeholder involvement, moving innovative technologies from bench to bedside
  • Access: knowledge translation, best practice implementation or other initiatives used to improve access to optimal care, new products, integrated services, knowledgeable care providers.
