Wounds Canada will work in collaboration with the sponsor to organize a 90-minute virtual meeting, which includes consultation on the overall strategy and agenda.
The Turnkey Virtual Advisory Board Includes:
- Project manage the entire event
- Work with sponsor to consult on the participant list and agenda
- Secure an experienced and knowledgeable moderator
- Invite, follow up and confirm participants
- Administer survey and/send pre-read material
- Organize a rehearsal with sponsor and moderator
- Attend virtual event and assist with technical details
Following the virtual advisory board, the sponsor receives:
- Recording of the event
- Transcript of the event
