The Wounds Canada National Hybrid Conference is the largest wound-related event in Canada, bringing together health-care professionals, educators and key opinion leaders in both a virtual and on-site gathering in Niagara Falls, Ontario. This hybrid event is designed to support health-care professionals who work with patients with wounds or who are at risk for developing wounds.
Both conference formats will be available for those who can join in-person and those who prefer to meet virtually. Virtual attendees will be able to participate in the plenary stream but not the other breakout sessions.

The Wounds Canada preferred hotel room rates are now available. Rates vary, depending on the day of the week and the room type you select. All accommodations are subject to 13% HST, and 11.49% daily mandatory charge (DMC). The room block rate is available until Tuesday, September 29, 2026, or until the room block sells out (whichever comes first). After this cut-off date, rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Call-In Reservations: Delegates may call the hotel GROUP RESERVATIONS directly at 1-866-873-9829 and reference “Wounds Canada” to reserve at the negotiated group rate.

All guests booked with the Wounds Canada group will receive:

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Please be advised that check-in time is AFTER 4:00 pm and checkout time is 11:00 am. All guests arriving before the established check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
PARKING:
Self-Parking is offered at $30.00 per day with unlimited in and out privileges – please mention Wounds Canada upon arrival to receive this discounted parking rate (it cannot be changed after the fact). Onsite parking spots are limited and offered first come first serve. Spots are not reserved. Please visit the hotel's website or call the hotel directly for additional information.
CANCELLATION OR REVISIONS TO INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL PLANS:
On or prior to 3 days ahead of arrival, individuals are permitted to make any changes (cancellation/revisions) to their individual travel plans.
On or after 2 days ahead of arrival. the following will be applicable:
1. Should the guest cancel their reservation, the first night’s room rate will be subject to payment in full and will be applied to the credit card on file.
2. The individual is required to inform the front desk of an early departure by 10 PM the night before and will be charged an early departure fee of $75.00.
3. The individual will be subject to payment in full should the early departure be confirmed after 10:01 PM the night before.
